SHIPPING & RETURNS
Delivery Time:

  • Unless otherwise stated, shipments from our company are dispatched within 2-7 business days. This does not include pre-ordered products. This period may be extended during busy times such as holidays, pre-order periods, etc. Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Friday will be processed on Monday. Delivery hours are between 09:00 and 18:00 on weekdays. No deliveries are made on Sundays.

  • These points apply to standard shipments. For information on areas where delivery is available on specific days of the week and areas outside of delivery zones, please visit Aras Kargo's website (www.araskargo.com).

RETURN/CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

  • First of all, thank you for your order. For exchange and return requests related to online orders placed within Turkey, requests must be submitted to the official address found on MUSSO's contact page within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • For products you believe to be faulty or defective, you must notify us in writing within 2 days of the delivery date. Otherwise, the return will not be accepted.

      • Please note that you are responsible for shipping any products you wish to return or exchange until they reach us. Products requested for return or exchange must be returned in their original condition, without defects, and with their original packaging/accessories. Products with removed labels will be considered used, and the right of withdrawal will be waived; therefore, returns and exchanges will not be accepted.
      • Does the consumer have a right of withdrawal for custom-made products? Consumers do not have a right of withdrawal/return for products that have been specially prepared according to their needs and requests.
